Your privacy is fundamental to Womegle. We are designed from the ground up to collect as little data as possible. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.

We NEVER store: Your name, email, phone number, photos, videos, message content, location, or payment information.
Chat messages are never stored on our servers. They are delivered in real-time and immediately discarded.
We do not use your data for advertising profiling, targeted marketing, or any commercial purpose beyond platform operation.

Womegle is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately ban the account and delete associated data.
If you believe a minor is using our platform, please report it to admin@womegle.com.
We comply with lawful requests from Indian government agencies and law enforcement under the Information Technology Act 2000 and applicable Indian law. We will notify users of such requests where legally permitted to do so.
In cases involving child safety (CSAM), we will report to cybercrime.gov.in and cooperate fully with authorities without prior notice to the reported user.
